Successfully restructured investment portfolio and structured finance arrangements with negligible execution cost, improved overall net interest margin and lessened duration mismatch.

Guided global company through divesture strategy. National Americas was exiting U.S. mortgage market. Directed all business activities, including repatriation of sales proceeds in excess of $1B, disposal of $400M in residual assets, as well as contract administration and buyout of $30M+ in indemnification exposure.

Took lead and collaborated with SMEs and third-party consultants to perform due diligence analysis, accounting and reporting of the IPO. Common stock was properly and successfully sold to the public.

Created better work environment, improving morale. Doubling in size exposed inadequate HR development at HomeSide as loan servicing skyrocketed from $92B to $187B.
